3. LCM must do a good job of electrostatic protection during assembly and use, such as ion fans, electrostatic guns, etc.;
2. PIN requirements
1. When the metal-based PIN is installed on the LCD by soldering, the length from the end of the glass to the soldering position of the PCB is at least 5mm, the soldering temperature must be below 260℃, and the soldering time must be within 10 seconds to avoid damage to the device during the soldering process. The damage to ensure the welding performance. At 230°C for 30 seconds, 90% of the solder must be tightly attached to the PIN;
2. The adjustment of the LCD substrate or base PIN welding position must be completed before installation. It is strictly forbidden to move the base PIN violently, otherwise the connection point between the LCD screen and the base PIN will be damaged mechanically. When soldering, lay the LCD flat, try not to let the LCD be stressed;
3. When soldering the LCD substrate, insert it into the PCB slot carefully and balanced to avoid damage to the base PIN or LCD substrate;
4. When soldering, the LCD substrate should not be placed in the solder vapor for a long time. When cleaning the PCB, you must avoid contaminating the LCD substrate, otherwise it may damage the polarizer and sealing glue on the surface of the display;
5. The protective film on the display surface cannot be removed until the welding is completed. Fingers and other hard objects are prohibited from contacting the polarizer, and water and other chemical substances are prohibited from contaminating the device, because these substances will contaminate the display surface;
Three, safety guidance
The liquid crystal cannot be swallowed and touched. If it accidentally gets on your hands, please rinse with water immediately.
Four, use guidance
LCD is a glass product that has undergone precision processing and special orientation treatment. If pressure is applied to the LCD, the orientation will be destroyed and difficult to restore to the original state. If it is dropped or hits hard objects, it is easy to break, especially the edge of the LCD. Be sure to avoid surface bumps.
Five, assembly guidance
1. When connecting the LCD screen and the circuit board, it is recommended to use a rubber strip or a soft belt to connect, not direct welding or mechanical connection, the PIN screen allows welding PIN;
2. When assembling, be careful not to press the display surface with excessive force such as fingers. Otherwise, it will cause work failure or shorten its service life;
3. Direct current or driving voltage higher than the operating voltage of the LCD will reduce the service life of the LCD;
4. Be careful during LCD transportation. If the screen is contaminated, wipe off the dirt with alcohol;
5. The polarizer is soft and easy to damage. Be careful when handling it. If there is a protective touch against damage or pollution attached to it, it must be removed when using it;
6. Wipe the polarizer with a dry, soft cloth. If it is still not clean, please use a small amount of gasoline to wipe off the dirt. Avoid using organic solvents as much as possible;
7. Before heat sealing or sticking ACF, wipe the screen with alcohol;
8. The LCD screen is a sensitive device driven by electricity, and the electrodes cannot be cut off, otherwise it will not display.
Six, storage guidance
1. Avoid high temperature storage. When stored for a long time, the screen should be at a temperature of 15°C-35°C and a relative humidity of less than or equal to 65%.
2. The LCD screen should be stored in a dark place, away from direct sunlight or fluorescent lamps;
3. Note that there should be no water droplets or moisture in the LCD screen, otherwise it will damage the polarizer or erode the electrode;
4. You must wear finger cots or gloves before unpacking; avoid leaving fingerprints on the LCD surface;
5. When taking out the LCD from the foam box, it must be taken out one by one and handled gently, and the LCD must be placed neatly, and it is not allowed to place the LCD at will. The taken out LCD is not allowed to be placed directly on the work surface, nor can it be placed in a box with dirt;
6. Do not collide with each other when taking out the LCD to avoid scratches on the top of the polarizer;
7. When removing the spacers, it is not allowed to remove all the spacers at one time. They must be taken out one by one to avoid LCD corner chipping.
